How does Niruu reporting work?

Once your account is set up, we will guide you through a quick onboarding process to get your property registered and ready to go. Each month, you simply provide a CSV file listing tenants who paid their rent on time. From there, Niruu takes care of reporting those payments to the major credit bureaus—Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. The process is simple and requires minimal effort on your end, while offering a meaningful benefit to your residents.
