By using Niruu’s rent reporting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you (the “User”) and Niruu LLC (“Company”).

2. Service Description:
‍Niruu provides rent reporting services that include submission of past and current rental payments to credit bureaus to help users build their credit profile. We operate in partnership with third-party reporting providers.

3. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have an active rental lease in your name. Proof of rent payments may be required.

4. Subscription and Fees:
Niruu offers a monthly subscription at $35 or an annual plan at $300. All subscriptions are recurring until canceled. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. There is no free trial.

5. Refund Policy:
All payments are final. Niruu does not offer refunds once your information has been submitted for processing, regardless of the reporting timeline. Exceptions will only be made if required by law.

6. Data Sharing and Accuracy:
By using our service, you authorize the sharing of your rental payment data with our reporting partners. Niruu is not responsible for any inaccuracies that may appear on your credit report.

7. Limitation of Liability:
‍Niruu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reporting delays, errors, service outages, or credit score fluctuations.

8. Termination:
‍We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Niruu services at our discretion, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms:
Niruu may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
